- The tiles are demolded from the plastic mold and kept for 3 days in controlled atmosphere
- For wear resistance and adding attractiveness, the lacquer coating is applied
- Long-lasting color faces are done by adding white cement with color pigments
- In tile mixer color pigments with white cement and sand are mixed. After that the mixed material is aggregated with grey cement in conventional concrete mixer
